Will “Yellowstone” Season 5 ever be made available streaming on Paramount Plus?

The short answer, once again, is: No. Paramount Plus does not have the streaming rights to the Yellowstone TV series, so the series will not appear on Paramount+ in the near future. When the show was created, the TV channel Paramount Network that airs new episodes of “Yellowstone” made a deal with NBCUniversal and Peacock to be the exclusive on demand streaming home of the series.
